What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number if you give it, and your message. The site also records standard technical information such as your browser type and the pages you visit.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry and to provide real estate services you ask for. We send market updates and new listings only if you ticked the box asking for them, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. It may be shared with Royal LePage Kelowna and with service providers that host this website and deliver email, only as needed to provide the service, or where the law requires it.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to be contacted, by emailing chrisbeaulieu@royallepage.ca or calling 250-317-9818.
Keeping it safe
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires, and we protect it with reasonable safeguards. Personal information is handled under British Columbia’s Personal Information Protection Act.
